G3Mex Group Sweeps Awards at Alamar Inauguration

Friday January 23, 2009 The Discovery and Sales Center for Grupo Real Del Mar was launched on the one year anniversary of their latest upscale project Alamar to a standing room only crowd on the grounds of Alamar in La Cruz. The event was opened by much fan fare including an introduction to the project by Claudio Leone, General Director, who stated that sales were better than expected for the last quarter of 2008 and indications that the first quarter of 2009 would be just as high.
After expounding on the features of the project he introduced Héctor Paniagua Salazar, the Mayor of Valle de Banderas, who thanked Sr. Leone for his hard work on this and the other projects of Grupo Real Del Mar through whose professionalism, quality product and reputation have brought growth, stability as well as beauty to the greater La Cruz area.
Also during the festivities, investment real estate company G3Mex Group were given awards in the way of prizes for the highest sales volume by any real estate company along the Bay of Banderas. Brokers Miguel Fernandez and Chris Haines were honored for their hard work in promoting Alamar and number of closed sales. For their achievements they were given a Touch Smart Computer.
Carmen Vargas, a sales associate with G3Mex Group, was also honored for the most sales by any one agent and the largest single sale. She was presented with a I Touch I pod for her endeavors. Alamar is participating in the highly promoted “Fly and Buy” program recently featured on U.S. television in which people are invited to spend a long weekend getting to know the project, the area and who are instructed in the Mexican purchase process as well as many lifestyle issues such as health care and living a Mexican retirement.
